Lawson Robb’s masculine and moody St James’s – Townhouse featured in the 2018 Interior Design Yearbook. The 7,300 sq ft property is in the heart of St James’s. The client wanted an interiors scheme that complimented the iconic black, contemporary façade. For Lawson Robb, the key was to tick these boxes by creating a scheme that was also clean and fresh. Dramatic architectural features, such as large light wells allowed for a playful use of light and dark. Over six floors the property consists of four ensuite bathrooms, various social spaces, a wellness area, a bar and cinema. It was Lawson Robb’s task to make the already iconic exterior and interior design sing, Lawson Robb’s responsibility in this project was for the FF&E concept, procurement and installation. Lawson Robb was contracted by the project developer to work hand in hand with SHH; the project’s interior architects.
