Lawson Robb Expands: Strengthening Creative Vision and Project Delivery

At Lawson Robb, creativity has always been at the heart of everything we do—and as our studio continues to grow, we’re delighted to announce an exciting evolution in our team structure to support the expanding portfolio of exceptional projects.
George Wolstenholme, who has shaped Lawson Robb’s signature aesthetic over the past years, is now focusing exclusively on his role as Creative Lead and Director, ensuring every concept maintains the studio’s trademark of refined innovation.
To strengthen the day-to-day management of our busy studio, we are pleased to welcome Dovile Suarez as FF&E Designer and Design Manager. A graduate of London Metropolitan University, Dovile brings a wealth of experience, having delivered luxury residential and hospitality projects across Europe, the USA, South America, and the Middle East. Over the past fifteen years, she has led prestigious developments in Belgravia—many sold off-market—refining an acute understanding of value-led design.
Known for her strategic mindset and immersive interiors, Dovile combines creative flair with commercial sensitivity, aligning design with time, cost, and sales strategies. Her focus on well-being and performance design makes her a key part of our vision moving forward.
We are also delighted to welcome Mathew Fitz-James as Interior Architect. With a decade of experience in high-end residential, hospitality, and yacht interiors, Mathew is detail-driven and technically precise. Educated at the University for the Creative Arts, his previous work includes the restoration of a three-storey synagogue in Monaco, multiple bespoke superyachts, and one of London’s largest private residences. Mathew’s ability to create cohesive spatial narratives ensures every design is both timeless and highly personal.
Completing the trio of new talent, Polly joins as FF&E Designer. With a background in graphic design, Polly brings a visual sensibility that elevates our design presentations and ensures every detail is beautifully considered. Her passion for textiles and finishes, coupled with her understanding of spatial planning, adds a fresh and thoughtful layer to every project she touches. Before joining Lawson Robb, Polly worked in central London where interior architecture, project management, and procurement were her primary focus, with many of her projects nominated for SBID Awards
With these exciting additions, our studio is thriving. Current highlights include:
• The final stages of completion for a grand waterfront mansion in Florida, showcasing our expertise in ultra-prime residential.
• The yacht Haze II, entering its final phase and set to launch this summer.
• The development of FF&E for Mon Rêve, a serene countryside retreat on the East Coast of England.
• A newly commissioned 18,000 sq. ft. country estate in Surrey, designed in collaboration with Helen Green Design.
• A charming mews house in the heart of Belgravia, reflecting our signature London elegance.
As we continue to deliver visionary and deeply personal interiors across the globe, this expansion marks an exciting new chapter for Lawson Robb
