Lawson Robb is nearing completion on its 50,000 sq ft project in the prestigious Emirates Hills, Dubai. Designed as an answer to America’s famous Beverley Hills, Dubai’s Emirates Hills is an ultra-exclusive private neighbourhood boasting expansive and unique villas. Emirates Hills features a harmonious balance of villas, neighbourhoods, golf courses, spa facilities and impeccable landscaping. The villas are set in elegant private neighbourhoods highlighted by their lush green surroundings and a series of lakes, making it one of the most desirable residential communities.

Lawson Robb has worked within the fabric of a proposed architectural concept and created a bespoke new build project for the client. The client’s taste varied from classic to contemporary and this was reflected within their design language. A seamless flow from a contemporary basement with entertainment spaces and guest accommodation, to a classically detailed ground floor scheme, up to a family orientated first floor with a fusion between the two styles was created for a client with a discerning taste only for the highest quality interiors. An entire floor is decided to entertainment which includes a bar, entertainment and games room to suit the client’s preferences. Lawson Robb’s client uses this property as their principle family residence, therefore, it was essential to ensure that amongst the interiors this property worked as a family space.
