Shortlisted for “Luxury Residence – London” by The International Design & Architecture Awards

Lawson Robb’s Mayfair Family Apartment has been shortlisted in the Luxury Residence-London category by Design et al’s International Design & Architecture Awards. The client brief was to create an apartment that was sophisticated and elegant with a contemporary touch.

Overlooking a quiet leafy park, nature and its delicate colours were a pivotal feature in the design of this period property. With a light and airy brief in mind, textured neutral tones and accents of sage green were used in the interior to bring the outside in whilst emanating an understated ambience. Both the colour scheme and the organic shapes in the furniture pick up the natural elements from the park. Tailored details with exquisite textures and punches of teal and sage greens created a refined and serene apartment.

A unique bar cabinet was designed for the apartment tying together the colours and the organic nature of the apartment. Specialist veneer marquetry and brass branch handles create a sophisticated yet organic design. The design team specified a range pieces for the FF&E from well-known brands such as Gio Bagnara, Giorgetti, Lindsey Adelman, Lelievre, Poltrona Frau and Vis-à-vis to complete the luxurious interior design.
