Lawson Robb recently featured in The Art of Bespoke, “Keep Warm in Front of the Best Fireplaces”, where the publication has sourced and listed the very best in luxury fireplace design across the interior design industry.

Featured, is our Knightsbridge project, noting that fireplaces do not always have to be cute or cosy. At Lawson Robb, we created a clean and contemporary design within the limitations of a listed building. By painting the statement fireplace, central to the room, a crisp white, we gave it an authentic, yet fresh look, which offset the black and neutral tones.
Fireplaces truly give rooms a focus, and can adjust the style, mood, and colours of the room with the ways in which they have been designed. With the contemporary design, yet, authentic style, we married the old with the new. It was important to us not to lose the originality of the old fireplace.
