John Taylor is Appointed CEO of Allect

John Taylor has joined Allect Design Group as Chief Executive Officer bringing over 28 years of multi-disciplinary business experience to lead Allect through its next phase of strategic growth. John leads around 100 specialist skilled professionals across multiple brands and services.John joins Steve Rigby on the Board who will now take up a non-executive Chairman role within Allect having founded Rigby & Rigby. Steve is also the Chief Operating Officer of Rigby Group PLC, a £3 billion revenue, private group of companies. John has worked for Rigby Group PLC for 5 years across a wide range of businesses and sectors, focusing on above market growth, transformation and M&A.Allect International Design Group currently comprises of Rigby & Rigby, Helen Green Design and Lawson Robb providing a body of experienced work over 850 super prime projects. This spans a range of residential scale and typology including lateral apartments, restored historic properties, contemporary houses and country estates. Currently Allect is engaged in 54 residential projects and its services include development management, architecture, interior design, construction and private client services. Allect is uniquely placed to listen to a client and help fulfil and provoke their needs and aspirations through engaged design. By converting that into reality through its professional practices including a dedicated specialist construction business of exacting professionals.Allect brands and services are primarily focused on the UK super prime market with London at its core.
